2025-2026 Important Dates

Admissions to be planned as per following Schedule:

  • Documents Required for Admission (To be submitted in hard copy at fee counter & soft copy online)

1.   Aadhar Card Copy- Father, Mother & Student.

2.  Passport Size Photo- Father, Mother & Student.

3 . Original Birth Certificate of student. (NURSERY-GRADE1) // Xerox Birth Certificate of student. (From GRADE 2- Grade 9)

4.  Transfer Certificate – TC (From GRADE 2-9) Last Date of TC Submission 30 June. Till 30 June,

Admission will be provisional if TC is not submitted. Admission will automatically be cancelled on

July 1 with no refund of any of the fee paid.

  • Transport & Meals Facility are optional and chargeable at actuals as per the schedule.

Any fee paid is non refundable & non transferable under any circumstances

Others :

1.    Rollover Process (Existing Students) :

  • Initiate communication viaEmail/WhatsApp to parents regarding rollover to the next academic class.
  • Parent confirmation required on or before below mentioned dates (For Transfer Certificate TC, requests, applications must be submitted to the Principal by the end date 15 March & 25 March respectively.)
  • If no response by the end date, students will be automatically rolled over, and the first installment of the new academic year fees will be applied.
  • Rollover/Continuation Policy :
  • Parents must submit:
  • Confirmation for continuation (rollover) or
  • Application for Transfer Certificate (TC) within the time frame communicated through Email, WhatsApp messages, and/or during PTM.
  • Failure to submit within the prescribed time may result in auto application of next years tuition fee and would be liable for payment of minimum first quarter tuition fee

2.    Fee Collection & Updates :

  • Fee to be paid by the parents as per the schedule and late payment will attract a fine.
  • Fee Collection to be directly from the Teachmint app only.
  • Notification to be sent by respective schools (fee department) to the parents and follow-up for the timely payments.
  • In case of any discount in fee given, if provided by the school, the payment to be done by parent at the school fee section only and not via Teachmint.
